Deposit: A $200 reservation/ damage deposit is required to insure the reservation.

Confirmation: The deposit must be made within 10 days of making the reservation to guarantee it....

Cancellations: must be made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to insure refund.

Check out: 10:00 normal...

Pets are allowed: No more than one pet. Pet may not be any larger than 35 pounds.
